Centralisation of enterprise data across multiple African markets into a centralised Snowflake cloud data platform, creating a scalable foundation for analytics, reporting and future data-driven capabilities
Full data migration lifecycle - understanding source systems, defining source-to-target mappings, aligning the data model with business and analytics priorities, and designing a future-proof warehouse architecture.
Outcome: Established a scalable, governed cloud data foundation that brought disparate market data into a consistent analytical environment while balancing current business requirements with future analytics and AI needs.
DELIVERY PATTERN
Digital Ordering
Architecture of a multi-channel ordering solution enabling informal trade customers to place orders through automated voice and USSD channels.
The solution required orchestration across AWS Lambda, Genesys Cloud, SMS services, telephony infrastructure and backend ordering systems. Indlela tech drove definition of integration patterns, data flows, system responsibilities and dependencies required to make the channels operate as one ordering experience.
Outcome: A solution with the ability to integrates cloud services, contact-centre technology, telecommunications and enterprise systems into a single operational workflow, while meeting enterprise architecture and governance requirements.
